Green Workspace Program
GREEN WORKSPACE PROGRAM COMING SOON!
--------------------------
Are you interested in connecting with sustainable colleagues across campus, implementing sustainable practices into your workspace, and helping to accomplish University of Richmond’s sustainability goals?
The Green Workspace Program is designed to give you the tools and resources to help you and your team stay up to date with the latest campus sustainability initiatives by committing to sustainable actions on a Green Workspace Checklist that correspond with goals in our Sustainability Plan. Not only will being a part of the Green Workspace Program help decrease our waste and energy footprint as a University, it will also help us connect and improve current practices by constantly evaluating systems at UR.
Employees throughout the entire University are invited to participate in the Green Workspace program. Each office is encouraged to define its own space based on what is appropriate, even if your "office" does not easily fit within four walls. You may want to certify an entire department or work toward certification within a subset of the department
